William Leider

 

William R. “Bill” Leider, of Campbellsport, Wis., peacefully passed away on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac at the age of 70.

Bill was born on March 28, 1951, in Port Washington, the son of the late William P. Leider and the late Edna (nee Ehmke) Leider.

Bill grew up with his family in Waubeka, Wis., and later graduated from Port Washington High School with the Class of 1969.           

 Bill relocated to Montana, where he lived for a few years, but then returned to Wisconsin when he started Dundee Septic, which he owned and operated for over 25 years.

Bill is survived by his two sisters, Barbara (Mike) Learned and Vicki (the late Terry) Cottrell; nieces Jill Learned and Amanda (T.J.) Corey; and nephews Mathew (Kim) Learned and Nathan (Erica) Cottrell. He is further survived by his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah Learned, Lauren Learned and Tucker Corey.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Beth Leider.

Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Landt-Thiel American Legion Post 470 in Saukville.
