Paul Miller

Paul James Miller passed away at his home in Grants Pass, Ore., on Aug. 29, 2021. at the age of 54.

Paul is survived by his loving wife Linda; his four children, John (Barb) Quesenberry, Jeremy (Faye) Hamer, Brandy Quesenberry and Britney (Danny) Quesenberry, all of Southern Oregon; his grandchildren Kayla, Meghan, Emily, Kadyn, Taylor, Jessika, Liam, Jaxon, Kyler and Lily; his parents; his brother Chris (Marla) Miller of Campbellsport, Wis.; and sisters Heather (Sam) Stiebs of Grants Pass, Ore.; and Angela (Bill) Leannah of Port Washington, Wis. Paul is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Paul was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Paul E. and Juanita (nee Langlais) Miller, his maternal grandparents James F. and Helen (nee Mugan) Wittkopp and his stepmother Linda Miller.

Paul was born on Oct. 23, 1966, at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Port Washington, Wis., to Randall Paul Miller of Campbellsport, Wis.,  and Mary Ellen Miller (nee Wittkopp) of Grants Pass, Ore.

Paul graduated from Cedarburg High School in 1984 and spent five years in the Army Reserve.

Until he moved to Oregon, Paul worked for his grandfather, then his father at Miller Masonry and Concrete Contractors.

Once in Oregon, Paul met and married the love of his life, Linda (Gaye) Quesenberry.

He held several jobs during the 25-plus years of living in Oregon, all centered on construction.

Paul was of the stubborn variety but with an amazing gentle soul who loved to make people laugh. He loved to be out in his boat with his wife, children and grandchildren fishing and having fun on the lake. He will be deeply missed by his family and all those who knew him.

There will be a graveside service for Paul on Sep. 9, 2021, at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens in Grants Pass, Ore., at 10 a.m.
