Myron L. Krueger

 

Myron L. Krueger, 86, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Island Shores Assisted Living in Neenah, Wis.

Myron was born on July 5, 1934, in Hamburg, Wis., to Paul and Caroline (Pruss) Krueger.

He was married to Luella Zocher on July 9, 1955, in Hamburg.

For 28 years, Myron worked as a welder for Bolens in Port Washington and was a union member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

Following his retirement in 1994, Myron and Lu moved to Tomahawk. They spent 26 years in Tomahawk and enjoyed playing cards and golfing at Inshalla Country Club, where they were members. In 2019, they moved to Neenah to be closer to family.

 Myron is survived by his wife of 65 years Luella Krueger and their children  Mark (Karen) Krueger of Beaver Dam, Brian Krueger of Belgium and Kevin (Katy) Krueger of Port Washington. Myron is further survived by 10 grandchildren, Jacob (Kaitlyn) Krueger, Jaime (Corey) Roth, Kelly (Ken) Sarah, Kim (Brent) Hug, Justyn Krueger, Kevin Krueger, Christopher Krueger, Grace Krueger, Craig Krueger and Sophia Krueger and four great-grandchildren,  Braxton, Logan, Hartlee and Luke.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Paul, five brothers and three sisters.

The memorial service for Myron Krueger was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Krueger Family Funeral Home.

Visitation took place from 10 a.m. until the service.  

The family would like to thank Island Shores Retirement Community, Tiffany from ThedaCare Hospice and Becky Philpot, advanced practice registered nurse, for their wonderful support and care.
