‘Hocus Pocus’ to be shown as next Movie Night film

“Hocus Pocus” will be the featured film on the second Movie Night at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Fredonia Government Center.

The event is free. Free popcorn and apple cider, provided by Appleland Farm Market, will be served.

“Hocus Pocus” stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as three comedic 17th-century witches who are awakened by a curious youngster on Halloween night. The movie is rated PG.

Temperatures are forecast to be in the low 50s to high 40s. Patrons are advised to bring their own blankets and chairs.
