Pitch for Matt fundraiser will return Saturday

The third annual Pitch for Matt Cornhole Tournament will take place at Circle B Recreation Center in the Town of Cedarburg on Saturday, Feb. 23.

Proceeds from the event will support the Grafton Little League’s plan to create a “Field of Dreams” in memory of Matt Malkowski, a Grafton High School senior who died in 2010 from injuries sustained in a car accident. Past tournaments have raised nearly $40,000.

Registration will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday with the tournament starting at 12:30 p.m.

Checks can be made to “Prayers for Matt” and mailed to Jan Malkowski at 425 Settlement Ct., Grafton, WI 53204.
