Congressional forum to be held on Oct. 20
An in-person forum for candidates for the District 6 Wisconsin Congressional seat currently held by Glenn Grothman will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the Cedarburg Cultural Center.
All five candidates were invited. Matthew Arndt, Bradley Smith, Mike Thurow have agreed to participate and will respond to pre-submitted questions from voters. Neither Elizabeth Fitzgibbons nor Grothman have responded, according to the League of Women Voters of Ozaukee and Washington Counties, which is sponsoring the forum.
Following the forum, a link to the recording will be available at the lwvozaukee.org website and the LWVOzWa YouTube channel.
The League of Women Voters is a nonprofit organization that has a long history of hosting and moderating candidate forums to help voters learn more about their candidates.
The League does not endorse or oppose any candidate or political party.
