Team building program to be held Feb. 17

“Team Building for Leaders” will be presented by Julie Collins of KNOT Magic on Tuesday, Feb. 17.

The session will provide strategies for building internal customer-centric organization, how to develop metrics to empower teams to work collaboratively and explore organizational models that create cross-functional teams.

The session is $25 for members of area Chambers of Commerce and $30 for nonmembers. A light continental breakfast is included.

The session will be held at the Kaczmarcik Center for Human Performance, 885 Badger Cir., Grafton.

Registration will be from 7:45 to 8 a.m. with the program running from 8 to 9 a.m.

The talk is part of the Ozaukee Business Leaders Series sponsored by Ozaukee Economic Development and the county Chambers of Commerce.
