Christmas trees to be collected in Port

Christmas trees will be collected in the City of Port Washington in January.

Trees must be placed at the curb with the stump facing the street. They must be bare of all ornaments, tinsel and other embellishment, and cannot be in bags.

Wreaths will not be collected. Instead, they should be placed in the garbage for collection and disposal.
