Seats up for election in village, on School Board
Voters in the Cedar Grove-Belgium School District will see at least one change on the School Board come April.
The Ozaukee County seat held by Nancy Niebauer and the Sheboygan County seat held by Eric Meinnert are up for election, and Niebauer has turned in noncandidacy papers.
Terms are for three years.
In the Village of Belgium, three seats are up for election.
They are held by Sarah Heisler, Chris Plier and Kevin Schueller.
Terms are for two years.
The deadline to file candidacy papers in the school district or village is Tuesday, Jan. 6.
If a primary election is required, it would be held Tuesday, Feb. 17.
The general election is April 7.
