Kevin Krueger

Kevin Krueger, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, of Port Washington, Wis., met his heavenly Father Friday evening, Aug. 8, 2025, at his home.
Kevin was born in Port Washington on Feb. 13, 1965, the son of Myron and Luella (Zocher) Krueger. He grew up in the town and graduated from Port Washington High School in 1983.
Before starting his family, he was quite the entrepreneur. In his early 20s, he owned a custom cabinet shop and Traxside of Port Washington. After selling the businesses, he became employed at Bley Builders, where he built houses. Following, he found his new challenge as a mold-maker at Stonecast Products.
On Oct. 28, 1995, Kevin was united in marriage to Catherine “Katy” Crandall at Peace Lutheran Church in Saukville. Together, they were blessed with three sons and two daughters, and they remained in Port to raise their family.
Kevin had a passion for all things sports, which he channeled by coaching multiple teams — football, flag football and wrestling. Outside of coaching, he was an avid fisherman, card player and coin collector. Family vacations on Manson Lake and summers spent in Tomahawk were his favorite places to be.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Katy; their children Kevin (fiancee Grace Speerbrecher) Krueger, Christopher (Ashley) Krueger, Grace (Nathaniel) Lawrenz, Craig Krueger and Sophie Krueger; and his grandchildren Raymond Lawrenz and Aspen Krueger. He is further survived by his brothers Mark (Karen) Krueger and Brian Krueger and many other family members and friends.
Kevin was proceeded in death by his parents and brother Paul.
A memorial service for Kevin will be held on Aug. 17, 2025, from 1. to 7 p.m., at the American Legion Hall in Port Washington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be written to Catherine Krueger.
Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, is honored to serve the Krueger family.
