William Rose

William “Bill” C. Rose of Adell passed away on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, at the age of 74.
He was born to Alfred and Esther (nee Liebenstein) Rose on Dec. 12, 1946, in Port Washington.
Bill graduated from Port Washington High School in 1965. He served in the U.S.
Army shortly after graduation, and in 1995 he retired from Evinrude Motors in Milwaukee.
He enjoyed snowmobiling, muscle cars and traveling with his wife, family and friends. He especially loved football. Everyone knew not to disturb Bill while he was watching his beloved Green Bay Packers.
Bill is survived by his wife of 40 years Jill; his children Becky (Rob) Schires and Adam Rose; grandson Will Schires; siblings Carol Nelson, Sandra Grimord, Linda (Myron) Kellar; and brother-in-law Ken Wilkens.
He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Rachel Wilkens and infant brother Wendell Rose.
Bill will be laid to rest at a private ceremony at Kiel Cemetery.
Eernisse Funeral Home of Port Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
