Water, water everywhere in Saukville

It seemed like Saukville residents had to deal with water everywhere the last few days due to flooding on the Milwaukee River. Ann and Peter Schmidt (top photo) stood in their yard-turned-lake on Highway W, while Mill Street (middle photo) looked like a river on Monday. The rising water forced workers at Eddie’s Service on Highway W (bottom photo) to move all vehicles from its flooded parking areas. Photos by Sam Arendt
