Victor Ivan Gaulke

Victor Ivan Gaulke, 72, of Port Washington, Wis., passed away on Feb. 10, 2026.

Born in Ashland, Wis., on Dec. 15, 1953, Victor lived a life defined by hard work, simple pleasures and an immense heart.

For more than 35 years, Victor was a dedicated face at Miller Brewing Co. He was the colleague you could always count on — the one who focused on the task at hand with a smile and never missed a beat. Though he wasn’t one to demand center stage, he earned the respect of everyone he worked with through his consistency and kindness.

Outside of work, Victor was happiest with a fishing pole in his hand or surrounded by his family. He lived for his children and grandchildren, often spending his weekends dropping in just to see how everyone was doing. His love for his family wasn’t just spoken; it was shown in his constant presence and his genuine interest in everything his grandkids were involved in.

Victor’s memory will be carried on by his children Matthew (Ashley) Gaulke, Kimberly (Scott) Aderman and Nicholas (Katherine) Gaulke and his four grandsons, Henry, Hudson, Harrison and Royce.

He also leaves behind his siblings Tom (Cris) Gaulke, Ellen Hart and Marsha (Ed) Janowski-Gaulke and a community of friends who will miss his gentle spirit.

He now joins his parents Robert and Laila and his brother John in rest.

The family will hold a private service to honor his life.

Victor’s legacy is not just in the years he worked or the hobbies he enjoyed, but in the lasting mark of love he left in the hearts of his family.
