Town Plan Commission to discuss ATVs
The Belgium Town Board on Monday agreed that its Plan Commission will discuss the use of all-terrain and utility task vehicles on its roads in June.
The commission has been going through the lengthy process of updating town ordinances, Zoning Administrator Charlie Parks said.
The Town Board may act on ATVs/UTVs at its July meeting.
No more public debate on the issue will be held, Town Chairman Tom Winker said. A Plan Commission forum last fall drew more than 80 people and several speakers.
