Town Board to hold meeting as scheduled
The Belgium Town Board plans to hold its monthly meeting as scheduled at 7 p.m. Monday, April 6, at Town Hall, 171 Main St., Belgium.
The board will consider amended zoning ordinances it has been working on for months.
The Cedar Grove-Belgium School Board plans to hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, via the Zoom app. Information on how to connect will be in the agenda, which will be posted on the district website.
In the Village of Belgium, drive-up voting will continue until 5 p.m. Friday.
The April 7 election will take place in Village Hall, 104 Peter Thein Ave. Clerk Julie Lesar asks that people bring their photo ID, an ink pen, hand sanitizer and other personal protection devices.
Social distancing, she said, will be maintained. Voters may be asked to wait in their cars until being allowed inside.
