Thor A. Paulson

Thor Arthur Paulson, age 30, died unexpectedly Friday April 2, 2021.

He was born Oct. 6, 1990, in Port Washington, Wis., to Timothy Paulson and Paula Ward. He was a graduate of Black River Falls High School.

Thor was a jack of all trades, especially when it came to construction, from electrical to roofing. He was a fun loving guy who lived life on his own terms. He would do anything for anyone, including giving you the shirt off his back.

He loved four wheeling with ATVs and all kinds of sports. He loved his family and friends, especially his best friend and pet Zoey. He was crazy about Fruity Pebbles and pumpkin pie. And Thor loved his knife collection, but not at school. Thor will truly be missed by all who loved and knew him. God bless our memories of Thor.

Surviving Thor are his parents Tim and Paula; his brother Zachary Paulson; his sisters Elaina (Jose) Ortiz and Bethany Ward Paulson; his nephews Jorge Lopez, Nikkolas Ortiz, Spencer Carriaga and Carter Depies; his nieces Leticia Lopez, Adriana Lopez, Isriana Carriaga and baby girl Depies; and numerous aunts; uncles; cousins and other relatives, plus Zoey.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Gerald and Naomi Paulson of Port Washington and Francella Lewis of Black River Falls.

Funeral services were held Thursday, April 8, at Buswell Funeral Home in Black River Falls. A graveside burial, officiated by Clayton Winneshiek, was held at the Mission Church Cemetery.  

Friends and family are invited to a celebration of life for Thor on Saturday, April 17, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Harbor Hills, 101 N. Freeman Dr., Port Washington, Wis.
