Thomas Joseph “Philly” Pointkowski, age 43, of Port Washington, Wis., passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 26, 2021.

He was born May 20, 1978, in New Jersey.

Tommy is survived by his son Daniel DiCriscio, daughter Brianna Pointkowski, paternal grandmother Shirley Baldino, bonus mom Joanne Morris, both mothers of his children Allison DiCriscio and Ashley Albers and too many friends to mention.

A celebration of life for Tom was held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend.

Visitation was on Tuesday from 4 until 5:45 p.m.

Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend is assisting the family.
