Ted Baron

Mr. Ted Baron passed away at Harbor Campus in Port Washington on Thursday, May 22, 2025. He was 86 years old.

Theodore was born in Milwaukee on Jan.6, 1939, the son of Theodore and Madelyn (nee Mastel) Baron.  

He attended local schools before serving proudly in the U.S. Navy.

On Aug. 13, 1960, Ted was united in marriage with Mary Kinjerski at St. Matthias Church. 

The couple settled in Milwaukee and began their family. They moved to Port Washington in 1965 and raised their four children before moving to Wisconsin Dells, where they spent the next 20 years.  Mary and Ted moved back to Ozaukee County in 2018.  

Mary preceded Ted in death in 2023.

Ted was an engineer technician at Tower Industry (AO Smith) from 1974 until he retired in 1991. 

Those left to cherish Ted’s memory include his four children, Julie (Robert) Klopp of Ravenel, S.C., Timothy Baron of Port Washington, Michael (Sheila) Baron of Oregon, Wis., and Mark (Sandy) Baron, also of Port Washington. He is further survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, brothers William and Frederick, sisters Kathy and Joanie, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.  

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary and brother Donald Baron.

Per Ted’s request, no formal services will be held.

Ted will be laid to rest beside his wife at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Port Washington with military honors at a later date.
