Summer Nights Live and stargazing set in Belgium

Belgium’s next Summer Nights Live will run from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 17, in Community Park. 90s Jake will perform 1990s alternative rock and grunge classics.

Heavy Smoker BBQ and Sweet LuLu May’s will sell food. The Belgium Lions Club is working the bar, and children’s activities will be held.

The observatory at Harrington Beach State Park will be open from 9 to 11 p.m. Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18. Members of the Northern Cross Science Foundation will help people view the sky with telescopes.
