Staff raises $500 in honor of secretary

Cedar Grove-Belgium High School has raised $520 toward research and resources for Parkinson’s disease.
High school secretary Barb Skutka, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease last year and started a local support group, held a jeans day on April 13. Staff members could wear jeans if they donated $5. Many gave more, Skutka said.
The money will be split between the Parkinson’s Foundation and  the Wisconsin Parkinson’s Association.
