Stacy McCutcheon

Stacy (nee Schaber) McCutcheon passed to eternal life on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, at the age of 51, after a 32 year fight with MS.

She never let the MS run her life. She was a fighter to the end.

Stacy was born in Milwaukee, Wis., on June 29, 1970, and grew up in Port Washington.

Stacy received her bachelor’s degree from Concordia University and a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from University of Wisconsin Madison.

Stacey worked at Portal Industries for 11 years before retiring due to her health.

Stacy was united in marriage to Craig McCutcheon on Oct. 12, 1996. They enjoyed camping and vacationing at White Lake for many years.

Stacy was an inspiration to all who knew her for everything she went through and still kept a smile on her face. Stacy loved being outside, riding her wheelchair around the neighborhood with her dog Denali on her lap.

Stacy is survived by her husband Craig; her mother Sandy Lang; father-in-law and mother-in-law Terry and Ruth McCutcheon; brothers-in-law Brian (Kymber), Scott (Sara) and Kevin (Sheri); and sister-in-law Tanja.

She is further survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Per Stacy’s request, no funeral services will be held.
