Spencer Carriaga

Spencer Jacob Carriaga of Saukville passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022. at the age of 7.
He was born in Grafton on Aug. 26, 2015, to Marcus Carriaga and Bethany Ward Paulson.
Spencer attended Saukville Elementary School this year as a first-grader.
Spencer was cheerful, sweet and sensitive. He was helpful, had a big heart and was protective of his siblings.
Spencer was a wonderful jokester and loved to laugh. He loved animals, video games and swimming. Spencer’s favorite foods were pepperoni pizza, fruit, salads and carrots. His favorite Pokémon was Pikachu. He most looked forward to after school and his neighborhood full of friends.
Spencer loved his mama more than anything in the world.
Spencer will remain in the hearts of his parents Marcus (Iyana) and Bethany (Joshua); his sisters Isriana “Izzy,” Mariana, and Brooklyn; brother Carter; and gra–ndparents Tim Paulson, Paula Ward and Vanessa Carriaga. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Richard Carriaga and Tega (uncle) Thor Paulson.
A funeral service for Spencer was held on Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, at Eernisse Funeral Home.
Spencer was laid to rest at United Church of Christ Cemetery (Mission Cemetery) in Black River Falls, Wis.
Pallbearers included Jaden Vidana, Michael Carriaga, Brian Franzke and Jorge-Luis Lopez.
Eernisse Funeral Home of Port Washington assisted the family with arrangements.
