Sheboygan County Fair runs through the weekend

The annual Sheboygan County Fair starts on Thursday, Aug. 28, and runs through Monday — Labor Day — Sept. 1.

Among the daily attractions are pig and duck races, sawmill demonstrations, wood carvers, rides at the midway, a butterfly encounter, the Granpa Cratchet Show and Wisconsin Dockdogs.

The tractor pull is at 7 p.m. Thursday at the grandstand. Sprint car racing starts at 5 p.m. on Friday, and Thomas Mac performs at 7 p.m. Saturday followed by Cooper Alan at 8:30 p.m. Bull riding and barrel racing are at 6 p.m. Sunday. A demolition derby is at noon Monday.
