Seaman from Saukville on watch in the Philippine Sea

Aboard the ArleighBurke-class guided missile destroyer USS Benfold, Gunner’s Mate Seaman Parker Covert from Saukville stood watch during a training exercise in the Philippine Sea earlier this month. The Benfold is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed destroyer squadron and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
