Saukville celebrates a new restaurant

After extensive building renovations, Redstone Kitchen in Saukville opened its doors last month. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to mark the occasion with village and Chamber of Commerce officials and friends of the owners attending. Owners Amin Juma and his wife Edita Siaulyte (center) stood behind their children Gabriel, 9, and Sofia, 5, before Gabriel cut a ribbon held by employee Madalynn Lochner (left) and family friend Jovita Harm. The menu includes hand-cut corned beef and pastrami sandwiches, Italian beef, Italian and Polish sausages, burgers, soups and salads. The restaurant is at 470 E. Green Bay Ave. Photo by Mitch Maersch
