Saukville to celebrate the holidays this weekend

Saukville’s holiday events will be held this weekend.

Christmas at the Legion will run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7.

Holiday bakery and homemade crafts will be available for purchase, as well as a soup and sandwich lunch.

The Landt-Thiel American Legion Auxiliary Unit 470 is sponsoring the event.

The Legion Post is at 601 W. Dekora St.

The annual Christmas tree lighting and visit from Santa will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, at Veterans Park.

The event is sponsored by First Immanuel-River of Life Church.
