Rossi and Taylor earn spots on Grafton School Board
Grafton School Board candidates Jerry Rossi and Shawn Taylor earned the most votes to take two seats in the Tuesday, April 6, election.
Rossi, an incumbent, earned a total of 1,690 votes, or 36.45% of the 4,636 total votes cast, and newcomer Shawn Taylor received 1,529 votes, 32.98%. Also running was Mary Widmann, who earned 1,405 votes, 30.31%, according to unofficial results from the Ozaukee County Clerk’s Office.
School Board members serve three-year terms. Former member John Scolman did not seek re-election.
All incumbent candidates for Grafton village and town boards ran unopposed.
