Rockets end with victory

The Cedar Grove-Belgium High School boys’ basketball team won, 77-66, at Sheboygan Christian last Thursday, and finished the regular season 19-5.

Griffin Knight had 22 points, six rebounds and six assists. Carter Schmitz had 20 points and eight rebounds. Owen Gulke had 19. Thomas Wiesner had nine points and seven rebounds. Noah Lukens had seven points and seven rebounds.

The No. 2-seeded Rockets, who finished 8-4 in the Big East Conference South, host No. 7 Heritage Christian on Friday, March 6.

The winner plays either No. 3 Dominican or No. 6 the Prairie School on Saturday, March 7.
