Robbery on Church Lane still unsolved

• Saukville police are still investigating a robbery which took place at 8:11 p.m. on Friday in the 400 block of Church Lane.
    Police were called after a 42-year-old Saukville man was attacked in his home by two unknown subjects who stole money and drugs from him.  
    The man, covered in blood and standing in the kitchen of the residence, said two black males wearing masks entered his home and attacked him. He stated he offered them $850 cash that was in his pocket which they took and then fled.
    Police observed the residence in disarray with several drug paraphernalia items and marijuana in plain view.
    The upstairs bedroom was found to be ransacked. Dresser drawers were all pulled open and numerous items were strewn about.
    In questioning the man about the drawers, he did admit that he had a half pound of marijuana in the drawers for when family and friends come over that was now missing. Police also found a duffel bag that contained numerous vacuum sealed bags with remnants of marijuana in them.
    The following day, it was also found that the man was missing $2,500 in cash that was also in one of the dresser drawers.
• Another on-going investigation is from a disorderly conduct call at 1:25 a.m. on Saturday.
    Police were dispatched to the Railroad Station Bar for the report of two 911 hang up calls.
    Upon call back the voice in the background could be heard saying “hang up.”
    Police arrived on the scene and observed numerous people standing outside the front door. When asked what happened, they replied that there was a brawl inside the bar.
    Police entered the bar and saw a 24-year-old Saukville woman lying on the ground holding her stomach. The woman stated there was a fight on the patio that she was trying to break up but got pushed down and someone stepped on her ribs.
    Several witnesses said two black males were involved in the fight on the patio and that approximately 15 to 20 other patrons tried to break it up.
    The two suspects were no longer at the  scene and the victim was transported to the hospital for the injuries she sustained in the incident.
• At 6:25 p.m. on Sunday, Police were dispatched to the Tri-Par Gas Station for a report of a fight.
    Police observed a 36-year-old Plymouth man laying on top of a 27-year-old Saukville man, and they were separated.
    It was learned that the 27 year-old man had driven into the parking lot of the gas station to pick up his girlfriend from work.  While pulling into the lot, he saw a woman come out that he thought was his girlfriend. He approached her in his vehicle while rapidly applying the parking brake as a joke and nearly struck the woman, who  was identified as a 62-year-old from West Bend.
    The 36 year-old Plymouth man and a 32- year-old Saukville man were passerby’s to this and stopped to help the woman that was nearly struck.  The 27 year-old man became belligerent when confronted by the men and had to be restrained by them.
    The man was transported to the Ozaukee County for disorderly conduct and also cited for reckless driving.
• At 8:40 p.m. on Monday, police were dispatched to the 600 block of Hillcrest Road for a report of a resident that observed a subject rummaging through his vehicle.
    The resident, a 29-year-old Saukville man, said he checked his vehicle and he was missing two packs of Newport cigarettes and a new Trac Phone still in packaging.
    Washington County Sheriff’s Department then advised they had a vehicle stopped in their jurisdiction. Saukville police responded to the traffic stop location and met with the driver of the vehicle, a 30-year-old West Bend man.
    The man matched the description the reporting party gave. He stated he was at his home all night watching WWE Raw and only left to go to the gas station to get cigarettes. The man consented to a search of the vehicle.
    Inside police found two packs of Newports, packaging from a Trac Phone stuffed in between the passenger seat and the center console as well as a Trac Cellular Phone with the sticker still on it.
    The man still denied taking the items but was arrested for theft with charges referred to the Ozaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
• A 20-year-old Grafton man received municipal traffic citations from Saukville police for operating while suspended seventh offense and operating with suspended registration at 7:11 pm. on Friday.
