Residents needed to work at polls April 6

Election workers are being sought to supervise the polls on election day April 6.

A training session will be held for new and returning poll workers from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 23, at the Fredonia Government Center.

Workers are paid $10 per hour for work and training. Election work is usually split into two shifts — morning to early afternoon and afternoon to after close of the polls.

Workers must be at least 18 years old and residents of Ozaukee County.
