Registrations taken for Huntin’ for Pumpkins

Registrations are being accepted for the annual Huntin’ for Pumpkins event at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, in Port Washington’s Upper Lake Park.

Youngsters dressed in their Halloween costume will hunt for their perfect pumpkin on the south end of the park, where they will be hidden. 

They may then decorate their pumpkins before taking a photo with it.

The event will also feature a maze and refreshments, including hot cider and candy.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. 

The cost is $10 per child for city residents and $15 for non-residents. There is no fee for parents.

Registrations are required by noon on Sunday, Oct. 19. They may be made online at portwashington.recdesk.com.
