Registrations taken for Great Port Campout

Registrations are being accepted for the The Great Port Campout, which will be held in Upper Lake Park in Port Washington beginning Friday, Aug. 8. 

Those attending can set up tents in the park and sleep there overnight.

There will be a variety of activities for campers, including s’mores, yard games, tie-dying and star gazing with Northern Cross Science Foundation .

In the morning, there will be a continental breakfast served.

People of all ages are welcome, but pets are not permitted.

 Registrations will be accepted through noon, Thursday, Aug. 7, as space allows. 

The fee is $8 per city resident and $16 for each non-city resident.
