Registrations being taken for Saukville Scare 5K

Registrations are being accepted for the Saukville Chamber of Commerce’s annual Saukville Scare 5K Run/Walk.

The event will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at Grady Park. 

The run/walk benefits Saukville Elementary School’s free breakfast program.

The $25 registration fee includes a race shirt and pancake breakfast. Children younger than 10 old can participate for free.

Race shirts can be purchased for $10.

There will be cash prizes, a bounce house, costume contests and a DJ. Pets are welcome.

Sponsors include American Family Insurance, Aurora Health Care, Commerce State Bank, P.D. Peterka and Associates, Pet Supply Port, Pope Scientific, Port Washington State Bank and the Village of Saukville.
