A red, white and blue Holidaze

Grafton residents enjoyed a festive Fourth of July with a full slate of activities on July 3. (Clockwise from top) The University of Wisconsin Marching Band performed in the parade, much to the delight of onlookers.  A trio of festively dressed girls, (from left) Sydney Timperley, Gwen Nitsch and Amaleah Wiggenhorn, showed off their patriotic pride during the parade. Adam Keplin and Aaron Berland participated in a cornhole tournament at Lime Kiln Park after the parade while youngsters took part in a rock, paper, scissors tournament. Sami Johnson, Hailey Clabough and Andrea Schwalbach enjoyed a picnic lunch at the park. A splash of color from members of the Grafton Education Foundation helped 6-year-old Owen Ward get into the spirit of things during the parade.
