Port State Bank names four vice presidents

Port Washington State Bank recently announced the promotions of four assistant vice presidents to vice presidents.

They are:

• Dominic Burrescia, a Bank Secrecy Act officer who jointed the BSA Department in 2024 with more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry.

Burrescia is credited with making a substantial impact on the bank’s BSA program by staying ahead of regulatory changes and evolving financial crime trends in an effort to protect clients from fraud.

• Zach Deming, a commercial lender who joined the bank’s commercial lending team in 2022 and has more than 10 years of experience at Port State Bank that includes retail, mortgage and business banking roles.

  According to the bank, Deming’s promotion acknowledges his continued growth as a commercial lender and dedication to Port State Bank.

• Dana Mason, manager of the bank’s Port Washington branch since 2023 who has worked for the bank since 2016. 

  Mason is credited with improving operational efficiency, strengthening communication and engaging in the community.

• Aaron Robar, a commercial lender who joined the bank as a credit analyst in 2022 and made the move to the commercial lending team a year later.

According to the bank, Robar has distinguished himself with “strong credit expertise and a disciplined, analytical approach to lending.”
