Plan Commission to discuss ATV ordinance

The Belgium Town Plan Commission will discuss its all-terrain vehicle and utility-terrain vehicle ordinance at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11.
Attorney Paul Alexy has returned a draft of the ordinance with his input.
The Town Board may approve the ordinance Sept. 7 after a public hearing.
