A boutique hotel perhaps, a bit cramped, but with terrific lake views when entering and leaving? Not really, but the juxtaposition of a temporary hotel entrance sign and a portable toilet suggests a lot of joking possibilities. Al Krier of Fredonia can be thanked for that. He captured the amusing image last weekend in the parking lot of the Harborview hotel in downtown Port Washington, which is in the process of a major remodeling. Before it was moved to an accidentally humorous location, the sign pointed to a temporary entrance used during construction.
