Patricia A. Loduha

Patricia A. “Pat,” “Patsy,” “Patty” Loduha (nee Paape), 89, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026.

Pat was born on Aug. 20, 1937, in Saukville to the late Loyal and Irene Paape (nee Zuelsdorf). She graduated from Port Washington High School in 1955.

Pat worked many years on the farm both as a child and as a wife. She also worked various office positions in manufacturing and as a groundskeeper at Scenic View Golf Course in Slinger.

Pat was a very active person her whole life and was blessed with many great friends through those activities. She bowled, played softball, golfed (and was even in a golf league up until two months before her passing) and loved a good game of sheepshead, playing in several card groups. Patsy had a great sense of humor and made friends everywhere she went. She was also proud to have been a blood donor, giving the gift of life for many years and donating more than 19 gallons of blood until she could no longer donate.

Patsy was an avid Wisconsin sports fan. She loved watching games and cheering for the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers. Her favorite people to cheer on in the bleachers at all of their sporting events and in the auditorium for concerts were her children and grandchildren. She attempted to attend every event, whether it was home or away. Many of her grandchildren’s friends also lovingly referred to her as “Grandma Pat.”

She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church and could be seen counting money, selling raffle tickets and helping with the fish fry for many years at the annual church festival.

Pat was a proud mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. Those left to cherish Pat’s memory include her five children, Bob (Andrea) Loduha, Lori Loduha (special friend Chris), Tom (Mary) Loduha, Joan (Dan) Sapa and Gary (Mary) Loduha; 10 grandchildren, Sarah (Keith) Luebke, Miranda (Holden) Ullstrom, Jason Loduha, Dylan (Alaina) Loduha, Nathan (Ashley) Loduha, Justin (Caitlin) Loduha, Katelyn (Ross) Krueger, Bailey Sapa (Emmet O’Connell), Eric Sapa and Evan Sapa; 10 great-grandchildren, Landon and Harper Luebke, Emersyn, Hudson and Eloise Loduha; Marloe, Maggie and Millie Loduha and Quinn and Lillia Krueger; one sister, Carol (Ken) Miller; other relatives; friends; nieces; and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her brothers James (Mary) Paape, Earl (Loretta) Paape and William (Shirley) Paape and ex-spouse Andrew Loduha.

Pat’s family will greet relatives and friends on Monday, Nov. 9, 2026, at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 138 N. Eighth Ave., West Bend, Wis., from 2 to 5:45 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place following visitation at Holy Angels Catholic Church at 6 p.m., with Father Russ Arnett officiating the Mass. A celebration of Patsy’s life will follow in the church basement.

Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Patsy’s arrangements.
