Ozaukee Family Services rolls out a variety of fall classes
A wide variety of free fall classes and workshops are being offered through Ozaukee Family Services.
Rainbows, a 12-week program for children and adolescents who are dealing with major family changes such as divorce and death, meets on alternate Tuesdays from Oct. 19 to March 29.
At each session, small groups of children share activities and discuss common concerns. A concurrent parent group is available to help adults learn how to help their children as they navigate these changes.

“The Incredible Years,” an eight-week program designed to help promote the social, emotional and academic success of children ages 2 to 10, will be held Mondays from Oct. 4 to Nov. 22.
Participants will learn how to prevent, reduce and treat emotional challenges in children through a positive and nurturing approach.
Free limited childcare is available during the classes.

“Strategies and Tips for Managing ADHD” will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 5.
“Bedtime Blues” is set for Thursday, Oct. 21.
“Lost in Cyberspace: Effective Parenting in a Digital World” will be offered on Thursday, Oct. 28.
“Nurturing Your Children’s Mental Health” is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 9.
“Are They Safe? Talking to Friends and Family About Suicide and How to Help” will be held Wednesday, Nov. 17.
“Anxiety Management and Self-Regulation” will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 7.
The center is also offering a number of other classes, including playgroups, storytimes and Play to Learn workshops.
