Online celebration of MLK to be held

An online celebration of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King’s birthday will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 15.

The event, held via Zoom, is sponsored by the Ozaukee County Equity Roundtable.

The theme is “Keep the Dream Alive: It Begins With Me.”

The program will includes prayers, music, dance and poetry.

The Ozaukee County Equity Roundtable, which is building on the work of Bridge the Divide,  is a group of citizens working on issues of equity and justice to foster an equitable and inclusive community through discussion, education and advocacy.
