New staff members join district

The Cedar Grove-Belgium School District has hired three new staff members for this school year. Rebecca Zimprich (left) is the learning and instructional coordinator, a newly created half-time position. She has been a technical coordinator and teacher for 11 years with experience at a parochial school and Milwaukee Public Schools. She has a master’s degree in educational computing from Cardinal Stritch University and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and English as a second language from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Heidi Olson joins the high school as a science teacher in her first year out of college. She holds a science education degree from UW-Stout. Missing from photo is part-time school psychologist Ann Brogan, who worked for the district in that capacity as a contract employee in 2012-13. Photo by Mitch Maersch
