Michael Everett Ogle Sr.

December 7, 1954 - March 20, 2022

Michael Everett Ogle Sr. of Port Washington, Wis., passed away peacefully on a Sunday morning with family by his side.

Decended from the family that first settled and founded Gatlinburg, Tenn., Mike was born on the anniversary of Pearl Harbor in 1954 to Isom W. Ogle and Dorothy Duenkel.

Growing up, he helped take care of the family boarding house that was located on State Street in Milwaukee.

Tragically, both of his parents passed away before his 18th birthday.

Mike’s career as a machine maintenance supervisor had him working for AFL Honda Motorcycle Shop and at area foundries Allis-Chalmers, Stainless Foundry, Badger Alloys and Johnson Brass repairing machines that are larger than most houses.

He enjoyed cooking, vintage vehicles and riding his Harley, as well as spending time in his garden and with family.

He leaves behind his life partner of 22 years, Christi Reimer; daughter Michelle Gramoll; son Michael Jr. (Connie); stepsons J Wolf (Nicole) and Joel Reimer (Nichole); and fur-baby Bella; along with nephew Bill (Sue) Mahnke; grandchildren Antonio (Alexandra), Jazzmyne (Ralph), Yvonne, Raven, Kayla, Megan, Dakota and Sadie; and nine great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to extend its gratitude to the ICU staff at Ascension St. Mary’s for their wonderful care.

A private service will be held at a later date.
