MEMBERS OF THE Cedar Grove-Belgium girls’ soccer team got their hands on a WIAA sectional title for the first time in program history last Saturday after defeating Oostburg, 1-0, in a Division 4 sectional title game. Joining the celebration were (back row, from left) head coach Elias Garza, assistant coach Zac Garza, manager Calvin Lutzke and assistant coach Jaclyn Theune. Players included Maycie Navis, Alex Mentink, Shelby Cooney, Kirstin Oszuscik, Jessica Rose, Kaitlyn Wollner, Alyssa Mentink, Kaitlin Wieberdink, Haven Minick, Amy TenHaken, Haven Lanser, Bailey Cooney, Brittany Teunissen, Kelsey Lukens, Elaine Pree, Abby Kraus, Payton Navis, Abby TeStroete, Cheyenne Simonet, Kaitlyn Henderson, Kayla Speaks, Emilie Beaudry, Ellie Felsinger, Kendall Stadler and Brooke Braga.
