Mary Vixmer

Ms. Mary Vixmer, formerly of Port Washington, passed away at The Kathy Hospice in West Bend early Sunday morning, Nov. 10, 2024. She was 70 years old.
Mary was born in Port Washington on July 28, 1954, the daughter of Clarence and Evelyn (nee Damerow) Vixmer.
She attended local schools and graduated from Northern Ozaukee High School, Class of 1973.
Mary worked as an assembler at Serigraph in Grafton for 18 years, in the dining room at Concordia University in Mequon and later took an assembly position at Exacto Springs in Grafton.
Mary enjoyed needlepoint, arts and crafts, watching movies and playing cards. In her younger days, she enjoyed swimming and snowmobiling with her family.
Survivors include her brother Charles “Chuck” (Karen) Vixmer of Slinger, niece Charity (Eric) Klein of Kewaskum, great-nieces Emma and Kylie Klein, also of Kewaskum, other family members and friends.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Evelyn.
Mary will be laid to rest beside her family in Union Cemetery, Port Washington, during a private family service.
Eernisse Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
