Mark Schlenvogt

Mr. Mark Schlenvogt passed away at his home in Fredonia on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021. He was 76 years old.
Mark was born on Jan. 29, 1945, the son of Henry and Leona Groth Schlenvogt.
He grew up in the Town of Port Washington and attended local schools.
Mark was united in marriage with Carol Krause. The couple settled on the farm in the Town of Fredonia and raised their three children.
She preceded him in death in 2019.
Mr. Schlenvogt shared his love of the land with his children; his sons continued farming with him until his death.
Mark had a soft spot in his heart for dogs of all kinds, but particularly loved his two favorites, Spunky and Sadie.
Those left to cherish his memory include his sons Jason Schlenvogt of Belgium and Travis Schlenvogt of Fredonia and daughter Christine Schlenvogt of Nashville.
He is further survived by four grandchildren, Morgan Leider, Jeremy, Audrey and Cody Schlenvogt, sisters Pat (the late Nic) Schmit of Cedarburg and Rosalie Graham of Port Washington, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his wife Carol, brothers Sherman and David Schlenvogt and sister Jayne Van Dyke.
Private family services were held.
