LETTER: Press delivered upbeat news with ‘deputy delivers’ story

To Ozaukee Press:

“Deputy delivers when mother goes into labor at home” was a delightful headline on a great story by Dan Benson in last week’s Ozaukee Press.

Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Deputy Ron Noll deserves his own medal of honor for delivering Henry Edward Hackbarth in mom Brianna Hackbarth’s bedroom.

Deputy Noll needs to print a new business card: “Special Delivery Deputy for All Babies about to Be Born.”

With all the negative news lately throughout our country, it was so refreshing to read this wonderfully upbeat story.

Our great American poet, Robert Frost, always had a way of capturing the best of human emotion. He wrote, “A baby is God’s idea that the world should go on.”

Deputy Noll must be related to Robert Frost—two really good guys.
