School board candidate Aaron Paulin is an exceptional problem solver. As an assistant, I saw him tackle many challenges as a head varsity football coach, including financial and personnel decisions and finding fundraising solutions for the Operation Turf effort that resulted in a turf field in West Bend.

When Aaron took over the football program at West Bend West, he found the program in financial distress. By the time he left the post, he was able to turn over a much-improved product on solid financial footing.
