LETTER: Grogan will follow the law, not make it, as appellate judge

Municipal Judge Shelley Grogan, a candidate for Wisconsin Court of Appeals judge for District 2, which includes Ozaukee County, has the judicial experience needed to successfully carry out the duties this job requires. She believes the law should be applied as written by our legislators and not legislated from the judicial bench. Grogan will act independently and impartially when viewing every case that is brought before her.

I have heard Grogan speak and was impressed by her understanding and passion for what it takes to make an effective appellate court judge. Her election to this position would be a judicial plus for Wisconsin.
