LETTER: Coach, mentor, friend , good person—that’s our Coach Kief

To Ozaukee Press:

I want to thank Ozaukee Press reporter Mitch Maersch for the wonderful article he wrote about  Coach Kief (Bob Kiefer)on the cover of last week’s Good Living section.

He didn’t tell his family about the interview until it came out in the Press. He’s such a humble person. To me—Bob is my little brother—he is the rock of our family, always there with a smile or a tear. We have always been so proud of him through the thick and thin years.  

His parents, Don and Carol, were his biggest supporters. His brothers Mike and Ken and sisters Debbie and Kathy, plus sisters-in-law Amy and Liz and brother-in-law Dean have taken on that role since our parents passed.   

The article really encompasses Bob as a person, coach, mentor, friend. We are truly proud of Coach Kief.
