LETTER: Abortions make the taking of precious human life too easy
To Ozaukee Press:
In response to the letter to the editor from John Strauss in last week’s Ozaukee Press on the subject of abortions, I totally disagree with his viewpoint. We as human beings do not have the right to end a life before it even gets started to its full potential.
Once we give the right to pick and choose who will live and who should die, it becomes easy. History has a way of repeating itself. Seventy-five years ago we had a so-called ethnic cleansing. It may have started with abortions, and then justified taking lives on the basis of religion or race or that you talk a different language.
It’s like a cancer: Once it gets started, it’s hard to stop. So be careful, my friends, life is precious. Hold it close and cherish it.
